when will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3-4 business days. During warmer months, we only ship Mon-Wed to avoid products getting stuck over the weekend in a hot warehouse or truck.

are your candles made with essential oils?

Yes. I do not add essential oils to my candles. Many essential oils are not safe to set on fire. However, my candles are made with phthalate-free fragrance oil, produced specifically for use in candles, which contain a combination of synthetic fragrances and fire-safe essential oils.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Can i pick up my order?

Yes! We partner with Sincerely The Craft in Midtown STL for a safe pickup/drop-off option. Just choose the free local pickup option at checkout and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready at 2840 Locust

my candle looks a little discolored. is it ok?

It’s totally natural! I use natural soy wax in my jar candles with no chemical additives or colorants to cover up their natural color. Often soy wax will “frost” over time, especially if there is any vanillin in the fragrance used. Your candle will still burn wonderfully!

how do i exchange my candle jars for a discount code?

Once you’ve cleaned the remaining wax out of your candle jar, send me a message to coordinate jar drop-off. I’ll send you a $2.00 discount code to use on your next candle order! Thanks for recycling!
